KEITH MCKEEVER
Born into a family of real estate enthusiasts, my journey was shaped by early experiences in real estate and construction, under the guidance of my parents who were licensed Realtors since 1988. This early foundation in real estate was complemented by my tenure in the United States Air Force, where I not only served in two combat deployments but also savored the opportunity to live across various continents, learning about the myriad ways people live around the world. After my service, I eventually transitioned into a real estate career, aligning my passion for helping veterans with my professional expertise.
My professional journey has always been marked by a steadfast commitment to service and community betterment. From teaching local continuing education courses on topics like Fair Housing, the Realtor Code of Ethics, and assisting veterans, founding and hosting the Battle Buddy Podcast or volunteering with the Greater Peoria Honor Flight, I consistently aim to elevate community standards. Honored as the Realtor of the Year in 2019, this recognition underscores my dedication to excellence in every endeavor.
As the Executive Director of the United Way of Pekin, Illinois I continue to strive to do my part to make a better tomorrow by providing essential resources and support across various platforms. The United Way is committed to enhancing community well-being through initiatives focused on healthcare, education, and financial security. This role allows me to leverage my diverse experiences and skills to foster a stronger, more supportive community.
