I was an active duty Air Force Security Forces member from 2006-2011. During my time in service I deployed to Iraq twice and did a tour in Ecuador as well. After just over five years and multiple awards, courses, and achievements I separated and returned to central Illinois.
In 2013 I became a licensed Realtor then in 2020 real estate continuing education instructor. Throughout my time in real estate from 2013-2024 I worked hard at bettering the industry for consumers and Realtors. I was honored as the 2019 recipient of the Peoria Area Association of Realtors and enjoyed serving on state and local committees, and the local board of directors over the years. In 2023 I was presented the opportunity to take on a larger community role as Executive Director of the United Way of Pekin. As a lifelong volunteer for many organizations, I jumped at the opportunity to play my part at tackling the challenges the Pekin area faces today and into the future.
Work isn’t everything, and I am fortunate to have meet the love of my life, Jennifer back in 2009. Not only is she my wife, friend, confidant, editor, she is also the mother of my two amazing boys. Of all the things I have done in life, being a father has been the best!

Born into a family entrenched in real estate, I was raised with a foundational understanding of property management and construction, guided by my parents who have been licensed Realtors since 1988. My diverse professional journey has been profoundly shaped by these early experiences, alongside my significant tenure in the United States Air Force. These experiences have deeply influenced my approach to real estate and community service.
Upon transitioning from military service, I pursued a career in real estate, driven by a passion to assist fellow veterans and enhance professional standards within the industry. My commitment to community service is demonstrated through my efforts in teaching local continuing education courses on topics such as Fair Housing, the Realtor Code of Ethics, and veteran assistance, as well as my role in founding and hosting the Battle Buddy Podcast. My work with the Greater Peoria Honor Flight further exemplifies my dedication to supporting veterans.
My commitment to community betterment was recognized when I was honored as the Realtor of the Year in 2019.
